Do you organize bike routes? Your group has a place on Bicicita
BICICITA admin
If you already have people you can go cycling with—whether it's just four friends or a whole club—Bicicita is the place where your group can grow and organize itself without complications. We'll tell you in just a few minutes how it works and why it's right for you.
The idea is simple.
Bicicita connects those who organize rides with those who want to join . You have your group, you propose meetups, and people in your area and at your level find them and join. No spreadsheets, no chasing anyone on WhatsApp , no hassle. The app takes care of the boring stuff so you can focus on the good stuff: riding with others.
You suggest the group and we'll put it together with you.
This is the easy part, and you're not doing it alone. Go to Contacts, Groups tab, and tap "+ Suggest". Tell us the basics about your group:
- Name and area (something clear like “Gravel Madrid”).
- Discipline (gravel, MTB, e-MTB, road...).
- Level (beginner, intermediate, advanced).
- Brief description of the routes you take and how often you go out.
We'll set it up for you, help you present it nicely, and get it ready to go. If you'd like to help out with the photo or description, we'd be happy to.

You're at the helm, but without extra work.
Once active, the group is yours: as administrator, you manage everything from its dashboard. You edit the information, welcome new members, liven up the chat, and create meetups. Your role isn't to control, it's to energize: to keep the group active. And if you already organize trips, that's exactly what you're good at.

Do you have people of different skill levels? It's best to have a separate group for each person.
This is the trick that makes all the difference. Nothing is more frustrating than signing up for a "relaxed" ride and ending up left behind, or vice versa. That's why each group on Bicicita clearly displays its level and discipline. If your community has riders of very different paces or types of bikes, suggest a group for each level: for example, one for beginners and another for advanced cyclists. This way, each ride attracts the right kind of rider and fills up.

Meetups are born from talking
This is what makes Bicicita special. The meetups (we call them "dates") come from the group chat : someone suggests the idea, people get excited, and once it's finalized, the date is created with the day, time, starting point, pace, and skill level. Then you can edit the details, add the route, and upload photos. This way, a meetup isn't just a cold form; it's something that arises spontaneously among friends who want to get out. And the photos from the last ride are the best way to get people excited for the next one.

And those who drive the community, it shows.
Consistent organizers are the driving force behind Bicicita, and we recognize that: if you regularly bring people together, your profile will have distinctive features that make it stand out. You make this work, and we want that to be seen.

If you organize rides or lead a group, Bicicita takes the work out of your way and helps you grow. Listing your group is free, and we'll guide you through the registration process. Go to Contacts → Groups → “+ Suggest”, or write to us directly: we're happy to help you get your community rolling.
