Bicicita is a social network dedicated to cyclists that offers a space to its users to share information, routes, experiences, sporting events …

Minimum age to be a User.

The use of the services offered in Bicicita requires that the User has reached, at least, 14 (fourteen) years of age.

Under no circumstances and under no exception will participation in any of the services offered by Bicicita be allowed to minors under 14 years of age, not even using the account of a correctly registered User (over 14 years of age), unless they have express authorization from their parents or guardians, which must be sent, along with a photocopy of their ID.

Free nature of the services provided on the web

The services that Bicicita makes available to Users are free, and there is no Premium service that requires a cost for Users.

Record

In order to participate in the Bicicita community, it is necessary to register as a user of the page, for which we will request email, identifier, password, name, gender, location, cycling level as well as discipline / s practiced. Later you can include more data in the profile option.

The User is solely responsible for the information contained in his personal profile and its veracity.

Use of the services offered by Bicicita

k) incorporate viruses or other elements that may damage or impede the normal operation of the network, system, or computer equipment of Bicicita, third parties, or other Users.
l) causes, due to its characteristics (such as format, extension, etc.) difficulties in the normal functioning of the services; Bicicita reserves the right to withdraw from Bicicita all content that is not in accordance with these General Conditions and / or current legislation. In no case will Bicicita be obliged to justify to the User the removal of content from Bicicita.
The User must refrain from accessing the content using programs, means or procedures other than those that, depending on the case, have been made available for this purpose.

Bicicita in no case is responsible for the contents or opinions expressed by a user on www.bicicita.com, although it undertakes to eliminate injurious, defamatory or offensive comments once it becomes aware of their existence.

Intellectual and Industrial Property.
All trademarks, trade names, logos, distinctive signs of any kind that appear in Bicicita are the property of Bicicita or third parties, without it being understood that the use and access to Bicicita and the use of its services attributes to the User any right over the cited brands, trade names, logos and distinctive signs.

Likewise, the contents that are the intellectual property of Bicicita or of third parties, may not be understood to be assigned to the User, by virtue of the provisions of these General Conditions, any of the exploitation rights that exist or may exist on said contents beyond what is strictly necessary for the correct use of Bicicita services. The only intellectual property rights granted to the User are those inherent to the use of Bicicita’s own services, commercial use being prohibited in any case.

9.4. Exclusion of guarantees and responsibility for the use of Bicicita, the services and the contents by the Users.

Bicicita does not guarantee that Users use the services and contents of Bicicita in accordance with these General Conditions. Bicicita does not guarantee the veracity of the data that Users provide about themselves in their profile.

Bicicita excludes any liability for damages of any kind that may be due to the use of services and content by Users that may be due to the lack of veracity, validity, or authenticity of the information that Users provide. to Bicicita, in particular, although not exclusively, for damages of any kind that may be due to the impersonation of a third party carried out by a User in the use of the services provided through Bicicita.

Complaint before Bicicita
In the event that any User, visitor, or third party considers that there are facts or circumstances that reveal the illicit nature of any content in Bicicita or its use, they should contact Bicicita through marketing@bicicita.com always indicating :

Withdrawal and suspension of services
Bicicita may withdraw or suspend the provision of services at any time with one month’s prior notice. Likewise, and without prior notice, the account of those Users who fail to comply with the provisions of these General Conditions may proceed to cancel their pending balance.

Duration and termination
The provision of the services that Bicicita provides through Bicicita has, in principle, an indefinite duration. However, Bicicita is authorized to terminate or suspend the provision of its services at any time, without prejudice to what has been provided in this regard in the corresponding Particular Conditions. In any case, if possible, Bicicita will give prior notice of the termination or suspension of any service or all of them.

Applicable legislation
These General Conditions are governed by Spanish legislation. The interpretation and resolution of any conflict that may arise from the User’s participation in the services of Bicicita will be subject to the Spanish Courts and Tribunals of Madrid Capital.
